BLOGGING MARATHON
Have a good weekend and HAPPY NEW YEAR.
WHAT IS PAINTBALLS (THE BULLET)
As you know now, the paintballs is entirely non-toxic so if you are hungry and want to try something new you could go to the paintball field and ask them for a bowl of paintballs. If you had it already tell me how it was okay, I want to know but don’t want to try.

PMCs
Private military companies are sometimes grouped into the general category of defense contractor. However, most defense contractors supply specialized hardware and perhaps also personnel to support and service that hardware, whereas PMCs supply personnel with specialized operational and tactical skills, which often include combat experience.

Ever Been Alone??
Nowadays, many people need someone to stay besides them. It is like they were addicted to friends or a person that is more than a friend. Some, when they were alone they will loose their self confidence and some even lock their self in a room. You can see that many people won’t have their meal alone and I mean every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whenever they don’t have friends with them they may not eat at all and that is weird, we need food to survive not friends to survive.
Myself, I have been such a person before, a person that can’t be alone, a person that needed someone besides. When ever there is no one I always getting sick of everything. No friends no lunch, no friends no plaza, no friends I don’t do anything. Anyway, times passed and I’m changed. It’s about when I’m studying in high school that I start getting bored of arguing with friends about what to do. At last if I don’t agree with them I just go on my way and do what I want to do. This makes me spend more time with myself, I do many things alone and I still do many things with friends too. From this I can see how a person that is always alone and a person that never be alone live. Both character are good, they have fun in their own way, but for me I prefer being in the middle.
So if you never be alone then try it, for a few days, few hours, or few meals. Spend more time to yourself and let you know that you are able to be alone when there is no one besides you.
"WHITE DEATH"
Why are these things dangerous?
These things are quickly changed to glucose after you ate it. When the glucose increase the blood system will release more insulin. The insulin is related to the fat system of the body. Somehow your system may make an error and let the fat in and the fat that you are avoided will always be with you.

6 Home Body Weightless Workout
Start with one set per one exercise. After finished each exercise with no rest, do it all over again, this is call “cycle”. Do four, five, ten or as much cycle as your muscle can handle. When you finish the amount of cycle that you wish, if you still have time; go walk outside or run to work out with the cardio system.
These are the exercise program
1. Chest - Push-up
2. Shoulder - Pike Push-Up
3. Thighs – Squat
4. Calves - Calves Raise
5. Triceps - Chair Dip
6. Abs - Crunch
These are the details of each exercise
Push-up
Do 30 to 40 times per one set or do as much as your muscle can handle (highest is up to 40 times). The important of push up is up to your hand position. If you want to work out your chest, your hand position will be parallel to your shoulder and your arm should be spread out of your body. If your arms are stick with your body you will the triceps. If you want to make it harder, try to make your feet higher by putting something under it, you will find that gives you more intensity.
Pike push-up
Do 8 to 12 times per one set or do as much as your muscle can handle. For this exercise you do the same as push-up but you all so put your foot on a steps or something that is not too high. Bend yourself like “V” up side down. That’s it.
Squat
Do 15 to 20 times per one set. The exercise is like you sit down and then stand up. This will work out your thighs and also good for the cardio system.
Calves Raise
Do 30 to 40 times per one set or do as much as your muscle can handle. For this one you stand straight and lift your body up with your ankles. If you are doing it for a while and feel that your calves are stronger then you try doing it with one leg next try doing it by standing on steps and please also be careful of falling down the steps too.
Chair Dip
Do 20 to 30 times per one set or do it until your muscle can not handle it anymore. Find a chair or a step, sit on it and slide your self down but still put your hand on it and place your foot in front. Dip yourself down and start counting.
Crunch
Do 20 to 30 times per one set. Lie down and lift your knee up a bit, put your hand on your chest or lift it up to the ear level. This is similar to sit up but you don’t need to lift your self up much.
If there is a bar you should do pull-up to work out your biceps. Do it 8 to 12 times per one set or do it as much as you could do.
When you finish the cycle take a rest for 1 to 2 minutes and then start the cycle again. This is easy; you could work out at home and get healthy.

A few years ago I get to go to Narsarn, Surat thani with my friend. We went by train. I felt it took time a lot to arrive there but still we have a good time in the train, we are fooling and playing around, when one of us slept we record them in camcorder and we get funny pictures of him. I also get to be in the camcorder but I did not sleep yet, I just lay down because I’m tired of annoying my friends. At last that night we all slept and in the morning we woke up in the train like a zombie, especially me.
We arrived at Narsarn after we woke up a while. We get down the train and we walk to a small house near the train station, it’s my friend house. We had breakfast there, its rotee and curry and it’s the best that I had ever taste. When we finished our breakfast we took a knap then we ride around Narsarn, it is very nice. At night we play basketball in a school there because in that time we are in “And 1” fever. Instead if you don’t know it, “And 1” is a kind of basketball, it has many tricks and not much rule.
The next day we play basketball all day. We join a team there, some were adult and some were school’s player. It’s a lot of fun.
The third day we went to Phuket by bus. We went to many place such as “Par tong beach” and “Lam promtep”. There’s a beach I can’t remember the name, there we look out far away into the sea and we saw something that looks like a whale. I suddenly took out my camcorder to record it, I zoomed in and yes it is a whale. It was there a few minutes then it gone away. It was lucky to me and my friends to saw it.
The day after, we went to Krabi and also I can’t remember the name of place where I went. Anyways, every place is very nice and I love it all. I love to sitting at the beach and look out to the sea, waves and winds blowing; it is very nice and relaxes. I think it’s better than swimming in the sea. Swimming in the sea is salty, when you came up its sticky and probably wasting energy. After my relaxing day we get back to Narsarn. Few days later I went to Bangkok alone by train. It is also good to be alone with myself. I spend time with myself thinking what has happen in the past days. How I use my life; how fun is it; how boring is it. Everything is mixed together. When I arrived Bangkok my dad came to pick me up. When I first saw him I felt very glad and happy. I glad that he trust me and let I go with my friends and happy that he think I’m grown up enough to take care of myself. Love him so much.
PS. Few months after my vacation there’s Tsunami. Lucky me to see “Par tong beach” before the disaster happens.

PAINTBALL GUN & MARKER
There are two types of air that is used with the gun. One is CO2 and another is N2. The CO2 is widely used with manual gun in “Woodsball” and N2 is with the electric gun in “Speedball”.
The reason that they have to separate two types of air to use in two types of guns is because of the shooting system.
The manual guns that are use in “Woodsball” system is not sensitive like the electric guns that are use in “Speedball”. Like what I have said, it’s a manual so it shoots single at a time. The system inside are very simple. The paintballs are stored in the hopper then it will slide down by themselves through the feed neck into the gun. When you triggered the air will released to the bolt then appears the climax. The place where you were aiming at is where the paintballs will be send through the barrel with the speed of about 300 feet per second and hit the target beautifully.
The electric guns that are use in “Speedball” are actually called marker. It is much sensitive than the manual. Inside it there are chips that control the speed of shooting. It makes you shoot faster. If your fingers are fast enough you could shoot up to thirty or forty paintballs per second and yes, the trigger is much more lighter than the manual for that you could hit the trigger faster to get more paintballs sended to the bunker, player or where ever you are aiming at. It shoots faster so you can not use the hopper like the manual gun because it would not feed the paintballs fast enough for your shooting and there comes the electric loader instead. The loaders also have chips inside it and it is also for speed but a speed for loading paintballs. Inside it there is a spinner to spin the balls through the feed neck to marker. The spinner may work when there is a noise from the bolt when they a shooting or it may work when paintballs hit it self. In some loader they will have a system that makes the spinner spin backward when the paintballs are jammed.
PB Uniform & Equipment
The most important equipment that you need to have is Paintball gun which in the “Speedball” actually call it marker and you need to have the loader and the air tank with it. The reason that they call it marker is because it is use for mark the position of another team player for not letting they move up to another bunker, not letting they have a chance to shoot our teammate and to tell our teammate that there is a person in that bunker.

Types of Paintball : "WOODSBALL"
The Woodsball is a scenario game. Mostly they are played in forest or place that related to the mission that they make up. The mission information may say that there is a group of terrorists planning to bomb somewhere in Thailand and now they are hiding at Khao keaw. Our duty is to get rid of those terrorists. So as we see the information, if we have 150 players we may separate them into groups of 50 and call them Delta Force, Marine Corps and the terrorist. After that they will have to choose a person to be the commander of their group. The commander will tell what others need to do. The players will pretend to be Delta Force, Marine Corps or what ever their group named.
Usually the Woodsball mission will took around two hours to finish the game but some may took two or three days because they may have 500 players in an area of two or three whole hill. Well, that much will be the game in America or somewhere else that is not Thailand. Thai’s game is much smaller but we have three to four missions to do so it took about two days to finish the game. The reason that we have many missions is because paintball in Thailand cost a lot and that makes it not popular enough to have much player as in America. Less people use less time and less time is not enough for fun, so we need to have many missions to take more times to make it enough for players here.
My head is empty now. If there's anything more about Woodsball I'll post it next time but if there's nothing more about it I may post about Speedball.

Sunday in SuKhumvit 62
The past Sunday I went to Sukhumvit 62 to play paintball. I have a lot fun and I get to know many people there. I like paintball so much because it makes me relax. It’s like you tired all week then at the end you get to do something that you love to.
Some of my friend…well maybe most of them said that I’m crazy about guns or stuff like that. It is true what they said but I didn’t like real gun though, I like paintball and airsoftgun because they can shoot a person in a survival game and I love to shoot and get shoot in the game.
For now on, I’m planning to play paintball every week because I just bought paintball gun a few weeks ago. Its electric gun, it shoots fast, it uses a lot of bullets and it cost a lot for the bullet.
Some may not understand why I need to have my own gun because they can borrow it from the field. The reason is, guns at the field are manual and it’s too slow to play with the pros. And another reason is I love to have one as my own. But anyways, it is okay to use the field gun; sometimes if I don’t want to shoot much I also use it.
If you are interested to play paintball I suggest you to form up your own group because if you go alone you may don’t want to join the team there. If you want to know why, just go to Sukhumvit 62 and you’ll know the answer by yourself.
http://www.combatzone62.net/ this is the field website, you can find the map and some information here. Maybe one day our Eng II class could go together.
Next time I’ll tell more about paintball. And if anyone have question about it, ask me by comment is okay.

NOW SHOWING (FIRST BLOG)
Today I have just studied World Civilization for the fourth time and I found it fun to know what is going on in the past. The topic that interested me the most is Ancient Egypt. The chapter starts with telling about the environment of Egypt and comparing it with Mesopotamia. The reason that they compared these two is because they are in the same period of time. The similarity is both of them depended on the water, Egypt depended on the Nile and Mesopotamia depended on the Tigris and the Euphrates. The Nile is a benevolent river, it annually swells gently and made non damage but the Tigris is in contrast, it’s frequently destructive made a lot of damage. The difference is the Egypt land is a great place to intensive agriculture but the Mesopotamia isn’t. Egypt supports three crops a year. They have no storm and no frosts and sun shines an average of 361 days per year. The environment there seems to be good for me except the temperature that is too high to stand. The temperature goes up to seventies and that is much higher than Thailand.
The part that I interested the most in this chapter of Egypt is about the religion. The Egyptian believes in god. They were polytheistic, in case if you don’t understand it, polytheistic means they believe in many gods. Now there are about 3000 names of gods that have been identified. Many of the names are the same god and few of the gods have only one name. Some of the important god is Amon and Ra; they were the god of sun. Originally they were two but later they combined into one. Other important gods included Isis, god of the Nile and fertility; Osiris, god of skateboarding…just kidding, actually Osiris is the god of afterlife. The Egyptian firmly believed in afterlife. So if you met an Egyptian don’t make a joke out of their gods okay, it’s pretty rude to them.
The other subjects that I have studied today are Property and Land Law and Introduction to Economic. The Property and Land Law is pretty fun. Today the class finished the first chapter. It is about the Law of the property and the land…that’s all what I could explain.
And the Introduction to Economic, this subject gives me badly headache. The subject looks good but the lecturer is hard to understand. He makes me don’t understand anything about it at all. But lucky for me that I had read about the subject the night before so I get to understand what I have read and understand none of his teaching. If you want to know how he speaks, try imagining the most of the Thais captain speaking out the microphone on the plane, they speak like they were drunk or hangover.
Ps. if you are my Introduction to Economic teacher, please don’t be mad at me because I just commenting you for that you could know how you teach so that you could try to improve yourself to be better a goods.
GOOD LUCKS FOR ALL
