A GOOD PAINTBALL TEAM CAPTAIN

A good captain needs to be committed to the team and demonstrate a good attitude. You need a working knowledge of the sport, so watch movies, go to a lot of tournaments, and of course read, read, read. One of your first decisions is to assign the proper people to their positions on the field. You should let people make their own suggestions here, because you want a player to feel comfortable. For example, if you give a back position to a front player, the person may panic when thousand of paintballs is hitting his bunker.
